About The Affiliate Program

Does it cost anything to join your Affiliate Program?

Do I have to have a website to join your Affiliate Program?

  1. To join the American Consumer Opinion® Affiliate Program, you need to have a method to post banners and/or content messages in order to recruit survey participants. This means you must have either a website or an opt-in email list. If you have a website, you must have the authority to modify, update, and add content to that website. Websites owned by other corporations such as http://www.yahoo.com or http://www.aol.com are not acceptable.

If you purchase an opt-in email list or send an opt-in email newsletter, you may only promote American Consumer Opinion® Online Panel this way if you can guarantee 100% of that list is opt-in. This means the list was not obtained deceptively and you are not sending spam messages promoting American Consumer Opinion® Online Panel. Sending spam messages will terminate your affiliate status. Please read our Terms of Use.

What is the average conversion rate?

  1. Typically affiliates experience a 20%-25% conversion from traffic to their website to obtaining a registered panel member known as a referral. Your conversion rate can be found by dividing the number of referrals you earn by the number of clicks to your unique link from American Consumer Opinion® Online Panel.
